Discovery
Everything starts when the prospect fills out the worksheet below to advise us of their ideas for the project. This worksheet ensures that we are able to efficiently provide for your needs or in extreme cases, refer you to someone better suited to provide you the best value. We review the worksheet and formulate clarifying questions to allow us to better understand your project. We speak to you usually in a phone conversation to gather information from you about your branding, the type of site needed, functionality and vision for the future. We agree on a scope of work document and initial designs are drafted.

Delegate
We’ll ask you to provide a list of items to assist us in completing your site. Nothing to stress over, a couple of pictures, fill out a template, create a few articles to get you started with your blog. We’ll also need the addresses to your social media accounts so that we can connect those for you.

Design
A branding guide, mood board, and design brief is created and provided. Revisions are discussed and documented.

Development
Space is created on the server, software installed and development begins. Functionality is added and design is integrated based on the design brief.

Diagnostics
Functionality is tested and changes are documented.

Delivery
Present website to the client, basic training is provided and the client has up to 3 weeks to request changes.

Daily Maintenance
The website is moved onto the chosen daily maintenance plan.
