Look for this code in your blog template
#navbar, #navbar-iframe {
height: 0px;
visibility: hidden;
display: none;
}
And delete it. You will get the navbar back….
If you cant find the navbar, add the following code at the beginning of the CSS styles…
#navbar, #navbar-iframe {
visibility: visible;
}
